Field Coordinator

Jen Pellant (CWA #7103) joined Western Iowa Labor Federation as the Field Coordinator in April 2021. Prior to joining WILF, Pellant ran for Iowa House District 16 in the 2020 cycle, earning the endorsements and support of Labor unions throughout Omaha and Southwest Iowa. She has also organized on a presidential primary campaign, and worked in steel fabrication and the restaurant industry. 

Jen is a native Iowan, who grew up in Council Bluffs and is based there now. She was raised in a Union household, the daughter of two ISEA-member teachers and is a dedicated Labor advocate. You can reach Jen by phone at 712.308.1565 or by email at jpellant@wilfaflcio.org.
